Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day return window with a full refund of the item price, and we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at alaabtacare@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label.

Important: Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner, and items returned without an approved label or to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition; in the original packaging with all tags and accessories; and free of damage caused after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card provider may add a few extra days. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, but return shipping is free via the prepaid label we provide.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the original in most cases.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective: final-sale or clearance items; personalized or custom-made products; intimate or sanitary goods, perishables, and gift cards.
