Thank you for shopping with Alaabta. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipping rates

We offer a simple $10 flat-rate shipping fee on every order, no matter how many items you buy. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, customs, and other factors outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at alaabtacare@gmail.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at alaabtacare@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
