Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Alaabta. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship We currently ship to the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't yet ship there..

Order processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time Delivery time varies by product, because items ship from different suppliers. After processing, most orders arrive within 6–20 business days (roughly 1–4 weeks), depending on the item and your location. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on its product page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs or carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost A flat rate of $10.00 USD applies per order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to become active.

Our fulfillment model Alaabta works with third-party fulfillment partners who ship products directly to you. This means some items may ship separately or from different locations, and you may receive multiple parcels for one order at no extra cost.
