Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return window with a full refund of the item price, and we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at alaabtacare@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label.

Important: Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner, and items returned without an approved label or to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition; in the original packaging with all tags and accessories; and free of damage caused after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card provider may add a few extra days. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, but return shipping is free via the prepaid label we provide.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the original in most cases.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective: final-sale or clearance items; personalized or custom-made products; intimate or sanitary goods, perishables, and gift cards.

This policy applies to purchases made through Alaabta. We reserve the right to update it at any time; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
